1. Usually, under Provincial Nominee Program, a candidate must look for LMIA positive job offer. In some provinces like Saskatchewan using SINP or Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program, one can apply without a job offer. But here under AIPP, an employer doesn’t require a Labor Market Impact Assessment or LMIA, only job offer is required

2. The fastest way to get a nomination for the Canada PR. The employer must support you with the application within 6 months of your Canada work permit approval.
